UIC Law has adopted the UIC ALERT Emergency Notification System [ENS] that gives you emergency notification of urgent UIC Law community notices. Receiving timely information about severe weather conditions or other emergency events affecting the university can make all the difference in knowing when to take immediate action to remain safe.
Once you sign up for ENS, the school can text your cell phone with timely information about emergencies. Additionally those who sign up can opt to receive these alerts via email. These alerts would be of a critical nature only. The nature of the alerts are below:
- Emergency Broadcasts
- Terrorist Alerts
- Weather Advisories
- School Closings
- All-Points Bulletin (APB)
