Pro Bono Litigation Clinic
In the Pro Bono Litigation Clinic, students may work on federal and/or state cases, depending on the docket each semester. In the past, students have represented individuals in varied aspects of civil and criminal litigation, appellate brief writing, and federal civil rights practice. Students have also represented persons in expungement, name and gender marker changes, family law, administrative proceedings, foreclosure defense, and other state litigation matters. Students taking the Basic Pro Bono Litigation Clinic must register for both the class and clinic components.
