IP Master Class: Strategies for the Federal Circuit, District Courts, ITC, and PTAB

This year’s IP Master Class will focus on four key areas of patent practice: the International Trade Commission, the Patent Trial and Appeal Board, U.S. district courts, and the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Federal Circuit. Our unique virtual platform will provide networking opportunities throughout the day, including private and small-group video chats at virtual tables.

Hon. Kent A. Jordan, delivered the keynote address, and were joined online by experts from academia, practice, civil society, industry, and government.

65th Annual Intellectual Property Law Conference

Experts addressed the types of ethical issues that arise in daily practice, as well as fundamental principles, rules, and insights to help IP practitioners handle these issues.
