Anne Abramson joined the Louis L. Biro Law Library in 1997 as a general Reference Librarian. She became the Foreign & International Law Librarian in 2007. Her other specialties include legislative history and government documents. Most recently, she has given presentations on low cost and free legal research, regulatory research, international human rights legal research and international commercial arbitration research. Before entering law librarianship, she practiced law in Chicago for five years. She received a B.A. from Stanford University, J.D. from Northwestern University School of Law and M.L.S. from Southern Connecticut State University.
