Download iCal FileThe Hutchison & Foreman Committing to Justice Scholarship aims to support the futures of law students who are interested in pursuing similar paths to the firms. If you are a law student who hopes to pursue a career representing plaintiffs in civil rights or employment discrimination cases, you are highly encouraged to apply.
Eligibility:Â
- Law students interested in representing plaintiffs in civil rights or employment discrimination cases
- 18 years of age or older
- Enrolled in an accredited law school
Once you have determined that you are eligible to apply, please prepare the following materials:
- Proof of Enrollment: this may be submitted as an acceptance letter, letter of admission, or class schedule.
- Consent to Publish: if you are chosen for this award, we will be sharing your video on our marketing channels to announce the winner, and we require applicants to consent to publish their submission.
Additionally, applicants must complete a video submission answering the following: What inspired you to take an interest in and pursue issues involving civil rights and employment discrimination?
Please make sure your video is between 3-5 minutes in length and submitted as a URL.
Award Amount: $3,000
Applications are due December 9, 2024 by 11:59 pm.
