Alumnus Wins Big Case, Securing $23 Million in Federal Jury Verdict

Law school alumnus and litigator, Marc Kallish (JD ’96), secured a major win for his client in his most recent case involving a financial services firm sale dispute. According to a press release from Roetzel & Andress Law Firm where Kallish serves as Partner, Kallish “led a trial team that secured a more than $23 million federal jury verdict for a business owner who sold her financial services business to a family member under a multimillion-dollar installment agreement that was never honored.”
