April is Fair Housing Month, and 2026 marks the 58th anniversary of the passage of the federal Fair Housing Act. There have been a lot of changes in fair housing law since January 2025, particularly impacting LGBTQ+ and immigrant communities.

Join Fair Housing Legal Clinic Director and Clinical Professor Allison K. Bethel, Esq., alongside student clinicians Katelynn Alvarez, Gershom Chan, and Sofia Domingono, for a lively conversation about the shifting legal landscape on housing justice for all.
