Download iCal FileIn this presentation, Prof. Stark will explain the landlord’s obligations under the Summary of Rights for Safer Homes Act (SRSHA) and will discuss landlord liability for failing to comply with the Act and the laws it summarizes. Prof. Stark will give examples of conduct that can trigger damages and will also describe the steps she and her students are taking this semester to strengthen enforcement.
