The University of Illinois Chicago School of Law is proud to present the 24th Annual Dominick L. DiCarlo-U.S. Court of International Trade Lecture on April 9, 2026. The theme for the event is "Trade Compliance in 2026." The program will provide a timely look at key compliance questions for importers facing new, changing and overlapping tariff. Panels will include a look at customs valuation and transfer pricing, the growing use of False Claims Act for enforcement, and an unpdate on litigation challenging the use of the International Economic Emergency Powers Act to impose tariffs.
Our invited keynote speaker is the Honorable Lisa Wang, Judge of the the U.S Court of International Trade.
