Mercer Legal Ethics and Professionalism Moot Court Competition

Mercer is proud to host the nation’s first moot court competition in legal ethics and professionalism. The competition is held at Mercer University’s Walter F. George School of Law in Macon, Georgia. Past issues have included: (1) Could an attorney be required to place an advertising disclaimer on his personal blog? and (2) Whether the attorney violated attorney-client privilege through his blog posts, and if so, did the disciplinary measures sought by bar pass constitutional muster?
