Degree candidates selected to participate in this program work with the attorneys who are writers and editors of the textbook Employee Benefits Law published by the ABA Section of Labor and Employment Law. The educational objectives of the course include practical experience in employee benefits law and the development of research, writing, and drafting skills. They also include familiarizing the student with the editing aspects involved in the publication of a textbook on employee benefits law.
