IP, Technology & Social Justice in the Time of Coronavirus Conference

Hon. Richard Linn, who delivers the keynote address, and Hon. Paul Michel, who delivers opening remarks, were joined online by experts from academia, practice, civil society, industry, and government.

Kwall from DePaul University College of Law discusses the intersection of intellectual property law and the Torah. Focusing on the creation narrative in the Bible’s Book of Genesis, Professor Kwall discusses the Torah’s views of the relationship between a creator and their work.
