The University of Illinois Press has set a July release date for book written by Adjunct Professor Ray McKoski: David Davis, Abraham Lincoln’s Favorite Judge. The book examines the relationship between David Davis and Lincoln, the critical role that Davis played in Lincoln’s political rise, and Davis’ commitment to his judicial oath of impartiality
